It’s an exciting time at Hillgrove with so much going on here and in the surrounding area. The little things that build a community are all coming together, making Hillgrove feel more and more like home.

First off, our new renders are on display at the Hillgrove Sales Centre. These showcase how Hillgrove will look once finished. From the streets to the parklands it’s amazing to see the future community being brought to life. We’d love to hear what you think.
On top of that, settlement is fast approaching for lots in stages 1-4. This will be happening in early February. If you’re planning to settle in the near future, read our quick Settlement Checklist Guide and check out our latest construction progress.
Finally, the surrounding Rockbank area is a buzz with the opening of the new Bacchus Marsh Grammar Early Learning Centre and Primary School. A beautifully modern building and super close to Hillgrove, it will be a great asset to the Hillgrove community for years to come.
