Construction Has Started

Exciting news at Hillgrove, with civil construction starting this week – way ahead of many other projects in the area.

This is great news for those who have already purchased, as it won’t be long before you’re in your new home enjoying all that Hillgrove offers. Future residents from the Willow and Sheoak release are expected to have their titles delivered as early as November 2018.

Just as exciting, anyone purchasing from Stage 3 and 4 are expected to receive their titles in January 2019. There are still a few spots in these releases, so now really is the time to buy.

If you’re keen to keep track of the construction or you want to get the process started, then make sure to drop into the Hillgroves Sales Centre. Our friendly staff will be able to keep you up to date with everything that’s going on.
