On the night, attendees enjoyed a range of food and drink and had the chance to meet future neighbours. We had Daniel Sammartino and Mark Varalla from Bank of Melbourne, as well as Tim Strickland and Jacqui Newton from First Class Legal providing priceless information.

Mark and Daniel laid out the differences between construction loans and mortgages, explained Loan to Value Ratios, ran people through First Home Buyers grants, plus a range of other key information. Having the insight of banking experts from Bank of Melbourne helped all attendees learn how best to prepare financially for their first home.

Tim and Jacqui focused on the role of solicitors and conveyancers. They gave us an insight into contracts, purchaser rights, how to settle, as well as important fundamental legal considerations. Attendees commented on how much they learned, and how helpful it was to have experts like this on hand.

If you missed out, don’t worry as we will have a range of events planned to help you prepare for buying a new home. With food and drink provided, exclusive offers, and valuable knowledge, our First Home Know How seminar series is not to be missed.

Register to be the first to hear about all our future events.
