June Construction Update

 
Since September 2019 we have been ticking all those boxes in readiness for Stage 7 land owners to take possession and start building that home of their dreams.

Those civil constructions have included everything from the establishment of the site, bulk earthworks, drainage, sewerage, water and gas retriculation to subgrade placement, electrical and NBN installation, with the footpaths, asphalt and linemarking just finished in May.
 

But the works don’t stop here.

 
Central Park is almost finished. For residents living here and those who will join us in the future, this will be the focal point and a favourite spot for fitness, leisure, even family get togethers.

Already over 150 homes have been built at Hillgrove with more families moving here all the time. Now with Stage 7 prepared for building to commence, Rockbank’s fastest growing community is about to grow even faster.
