Our most constructive month.

Our last update covered all the major works that have been ticked in recent weeks. Now with those completed, future residents who bought into Stage Seven can look forward to receiving titles and building their dream home soon.

At the same time, the new Central Park is now finished and will hopefully be opening this September, lockdown 2.0 permitting. Currently it has a fence to allow the grass to grow but you can enjoy a sneak peak by watching the video.

Be among the first to see our future waterside walk. Check out the vast play areas including mini trampolines, climbing ropes, as well as swings and slides. Add to these, lawned areas for picnics along with undercover seating and parents will be able to relax while still keeping an eye on the kids.

But that’s not all. The next time you drive into Hillgrove, you’ll certainly know you’ve arrived. We have been working away creating a grand entrance with paving and landscaping, making Hillgrove even more inviting for you and your guests.

However you look at it Hillgrove just keeps getting better which is why it remains to this day as Rockbank’s fastest growing community. You wouldn’t want to live anywhere else.
