October Construction Update
With our city in lockdown, good news may seem to be in short supply. But at Hillgrove there is so much to feel happy about and it’s all here in our October Construction Update.

Stage 6 has settled
Our popular Stage 6 was settled on time, and as scheduled. For the residents who bought into this stage it is really something to celebrate, because now it’s only a matter of months before they can move to Hillgrove.
Stages 8 & 9 on schedule
Despite having smaller construction teams on site to maintain social distancing, we have continued to make inroads with Stages 8 and 9 tracking along nicely.
Stage 9 titles brought forward
In fact, we have made such steady progress with Stage 9 we have been able to bring titles forward to January 2021. This now means that Stage 9 is expected to be titled in time to qualify for the Government’s $25K HomeBuilder Grant. So for those of you who bought into this stage, you could find yourself with extra cash to spend on your new home.
Watching the grass grow
If anyone tells you this is boring, they’re wrong. Here at Hillgrove we have been fixated since we sowed our new lawn seed at Central Park. Carefully watering and watching, we have stood guard as the first shoots appeared, quickly followed by others. Once the turf has taken hold and has been given the Council’s tick of approval, Central Park will be opened for the enjoyment of everyone in our community.
