Just recently on April 29, 2021, Core Logic forecasted gross rental yields of 4.6 per cent making Hillgrove highly appealing to landlords. If you are intending to buy and occupy, it is still an excellent investment. In fact, according to Melton City Council, Rockbank’s population is predicted to skyrocket from 2,139 in 2021 to 23,324 in 2051.
Despite current and future demand, median house prices at Hillgrove are still very affordable compared to Hillside, Caroline Springs and Truganina. However, given Core Logic’s estimated average annual growth of 9.11 per cent for Rockbank, it is reasonable to assume this won’t always be the case.
