Myrtle Release a success after weekend launch

Hillgrove’s highly-anticipated new release, Myrtle, launched over the weekend to great success. An invite-only event, places at the sales centre booked up quickly on Saturday.

“After the success of the first two villages, Sheoak and Willow, we brought the date for the Myrtle release forward,” said Hillgrove’s Estate Manager Dimi Rokka.

With its close proximity to everything new residents need, the speed of sales over the weekend is not surprising. Enviably positioned at the heart of the community, the Myrtle Release is perfectly located for a growing family.

“It’s just a short walk to the proposed childcare centre, school and sporting reserve,” explained Rokka. “It’s about peace of mind, knowing where your children are and that they’re never far from home.”

There were initially 15 lots in the Myrtle Release but after the success of the weekend only six lots remain. Available blocks range in size from 263m² to 528m², which means whatever your ideal home looks like, there’s land available to suit your needs.

The Sheoak and Willow releases now have a limited number of House and Land packages available – but these won’t last long. Take a look at the remaining two lots at Willow or the final three packages at Sheoak.
