What a constructive start to 2021
No sooner had we hailed in the new year than the build crews were back on site and busy. It’s all happening here at Hillgrove and given the many developments in our February Construction Update, this activity will continue for many months to come.

Stages 8 and 9 have just titled in January, as scheduled. So now even more building can get underway in readiness for these future residents.
Stage 10 is now under construction with titles due in August 2021. Starting in January, the HomeBuilder grant program was tapered down to $15,000 with price caps in Victoria increasing to $850,000. The great news is that with the extension of HomeBuilder from December 31 to March 31, and six months to commence build. So for a short time longer, these Stage 10 lots could now still be eligible for this Government grant.
Already 220 families are calling Hillgrove home. With hundreds of households living here, there is a well established sense of community that will only strengthen all the more this year.
Central Park is now open. This means that these summer days are being spent on the walking trails, enjoying the barbecues, seated in the shade or if you’re among our younger residents, having fun in the adventure playground.
Already 2021 is off to a great start.
